Ingredients: Eggs Pancetta, sliced Spinach  Chilli flakes Seasoning  Wholemeal toast  Method: Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.  Put the spinach into a colander, then pour over a kettle of boiling water to wilt the leaves.
