Recipe | Baked Wholemeal Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal tortillas/wraps
  • Blackened Cajun spice – To season

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  2. Cut the tortillas into wedges.
  3. Spread the tortilla wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer._DSC1970.JPG
  4. Sprinkle with a little blackened Cajun spice, and bake for  4 – 6 minutes,turn half way or until they are just beginning to colour.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  6. Use to make nachos, or serve with fresh guacamole.
