Recipe | Hump Day Smoothie


  • 1 Tbsp Karob Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Milk of choice – (Add until you reach desired consistency)


  1. Add the Karob powder, fruit and milk.
  2. Top it off with 4 to 5 ice cubes for an extra-thick ice cold smoothie.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into tall glasses, travel mug or cup.
