- 1 peach
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 Cup Mango Chunks
- 1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Cup of oats
- Milk of choice – (Add until you reach desired consistency)
- Peel and slice the peaches, and add to blender.
- Add the rest of the fruit, oats and milk.
- Top it off with 4 to 5 ice cubes for an extra-thick ice cold smoothie.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses, travel mug or cup.
