Recipe | Peachy Smoothie 🍑 


  • 1 peach
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Mango Chunks
  • 1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Cup of oats
  • Milk of choice – (Add until you reach desired consistency)


  1. Peel and slice the peaches, and add to blender.
  2. Add the rest of the fruit, oats and milk.
  3. Top it off with 4 to 5 ice cubes for an extra-thick ice cold smoothie.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into tall glasses, travel mug or cup.
