Easy Crepes

Ingredients

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 large egg
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Put the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter – it should be quite thin, so don’t panic, or add more flour! 🙂
  2. Set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper. When hot, pour a good ladel amount into the pan, twisting the pan so the batter mixture covers the pan.
  3. Cook your pancakes until golden – they will usually turn up slightly aroud the edges/air bubbles begin to appear when they are ready to turn.
  4. Serve with the toppings of your choice. I quite like chocolate or lemon wedges and sugar

Enjoy
