Breakfast is my favourite time of the day. I like to get up, make a cuppa, chill and then make something yummy. Of course I can’t always do the big venturous breakfast that I like to adjure at the weekend, but I try my best to make something scrummy. For me personally, if I start the day naf, this reflects my mood for the rest of the day – Unless the icecream man ever turns up!

I had a pretty horrendous sleep last night, too hot, too switched on, blah blah blah! Thankfully this mornings breakfast was super easy!

- Set/Greek Yogurt

- Serve up nicely in a bowl, and sit with your feet up deciding on your goals for the day 🙂
