I N G R E D I E N T S
Serving per person
For the parcel:
- 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
- 2 x Chilli, sliced
- Thumb sized portion of Ginger, finely chopped
- Squeeze of Lemon juice
- 1 dessert spoon of Rice wine vinegar
- Salmon fillet per person
- 1 x pack of udon noodles
- 2 x spring onion, sliced
- Handful of Beansprouts
- 2 x mushrooms, sliced
- Chilli for garnish
M E T H O D
- Preheat the Oven at 180 degrees celcius.
- Place all parcel ingredients in to a foil parcel and place in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Stirfry the mushrooms, Beansprouts and spring onions.
- Cook the noodle per pack instructions.
- Plate up the noodles, and Stirfried veg.
- Once the salmon is cooked, serve along side.
