Salmon with chilli butter 🌺


Feeling the effects of the weekend, so have decided to eat light this week…

Salmon, chilli butter and salad/carrots.. Served with scented candles and flowers 💜
Ingredients:

  • Chilli purée
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Italian salad

Method:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Mix the chilli purée and butter with a bit of seasoning (to taste).
  3. Cover the salmon fillet generously, and put into a foil parcel.
  4. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Whilst this is cooking, bring a pan of water to the boil, add carrots and cook for 10 minutes also.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, allow a minute to rest. Drain the carrots and prepare to serve up.
  7. Serve with a little side salad.
  8. Enjoy.
