- 1 x ribbon rice noodles
- 130g prawns
- 2 x handfuls of Chinese cabbage/sweet cabbage if not
- 1 x spring onion
- 1 x red chilli
- Soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- 5 cm Ginger, finely sliced
- 3 x Garlic cloves
- Half a lemon, juice
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, then add chilli, ginger and garlic.
- Fry on high for 1 minute.
- Throw in the prawns, continue to fry, tossing them over until they start to change colour. When this happens, throw in two handfuls of cabbage.
- Add soy and fish sauce.
- Allow cabbage to swear – be sure to keep storing so prawns don’t over cook in bottom.
- Once prawns are pink, add the noodles, heat through and season to taste.
- Serve with spring onion ✌️
