Prawn Stirfry


  • 1 x ribbon rice noodles
  • 130g prawns
  • 2 x handfuls of Chinese cabbage/sweet cabbage if not
  • 1 x spring onion
  • 1 x red chilli
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • 5 cm Ginger, finely sliced
  • 3 x Garlic cloves
  • Half a lemon, juice


  1. Heat oil in a pan, then add chilli, ginger and garlic.
  2. Fry on high for 1 minute.
  3. Throw in the prawns, continue to fry, tossing them over until they start to change colour. When this happens, throw in two handfuls of cabbage.
  4. Add soy and fish sauce.
  5. Allow cabbage to swear – be sure to keep storing so prawns don’t over cook in bottom. 
  6. Once prawns are pink, add the noodles, heat through and season to taste.
  7. Serve with spring onion ✌️
