Basil Pesto 

Ingredient:

  • Pine nuts – roasted 
  • Garlic cloves – peeled 
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper 

Method:

Use a pestle and mortar and add fresh basil, roasted pine nuts, raw garlic, Parmesan and a drop of olive oil pestle until smooth.
