Tuesday Yumminess 😍

Treating myself tonight! Always like to listen to what my body wants! 


  • Somerset matures cheddar
  • Olives
  • Italian meats
  • 1 x pack of Prawns
  • Chorizo
  • 1 x bottle Cider
  • Butter
  • 4 x Garlic cloves
  • Half red Chilli
  • Fresh bread 

Cider and chorizo:

  1. Slice the chorizo
  2. Fry until it release its oil
  3. Add enough cider to cover all chorizo 
  4. Reduce until sauce is sticky and sweet

Gambas al ajillo:

  1. Slice garlic, and half a chilli
  2. Heat a wok/frying pan with a table spoon of butter
  3. Fry chilli and garlic until it just starts to turn 
  4. Add prawns and continue to fry until no blue flesh remains
  5. Put prawns in a serving dish, poor garlic and chilli oil over the top
