Tzatziki 😊


  • 2 x Cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Half cucumber, deseaded abd finely chopped. 
  • 2 cups of low fat Greek yogurt. 
  • Dash of olive oil.
  • Juice of half a lemon. 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Combine the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice and garlic. 
  2. Add a dash of olive oil and some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. 
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the flavours to fully develop.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
